The ZONE Marketplace, Denver’s first retail incubator, was launched in 2013. ZONE clients enjoy an affordable rent in a newly renovated storefront and connections to strategic partners. Currently the ZONE is home to 10 retail businesses in the heart of the Art District on Santa Fe. Visit us soon!

Participation Requirements
- Attended an Orientation. (Haven’t done it yet? Learn how to get started)
- Graduated from the Business Basics Course
- Met with a NEWSED Business Coach and enrolled in Specialized Services
- Ready to make sales
