International Spectrum Cosmetic’s specialty is on pairing skin tones with their exact equivalent in a variety of foundations & formulations and identifying skin undertones as being crucial to this equation. Our mission is to address the needs of value-conscious women with not a lot of time at their disposal to shop around for their “Perfect Match.”
Our other objective is to offer a line of complimentary lipsticks, blushers, and eye shadows to enhance individual undertones. We are experts at matching skin undertones (the color just beneath the skin’s surface) which is essential to having that seamless look. ISC has moderately priced cosmetics and the quality is comparable to much higher priced department store brands.
