NEWSED’s homebuyer workshops are designed to help you navigate the path to homeownership for free! Register for the Homebuyer workshop and learn about the following topics:
- Is homeownership right for me?
- What is the true cost of homeownership
- A review of the homebuyer process
- Who are the key players what is their roles in the home buying process
- Spending plan, credit, pre-qualification, choosing a loan and lender
- Characteristics of subprime loan and predatory lending, loan processing, loan closing etc…

IF SANTA FE DRIVE IS CLOSED:
Please access our parking lot from the west on Kalamath Street.
- Travel to 742 Kalamath St. Denver CO 80204
- Enter the parking lot at 742 Kalamath St.
- Drive through the parking lot toward the alley.
- Cross through the alley to the NEWSED property.
- Enter through the back gate to access the parking lot connected to our office.
Please use caution while traveling through the area and follow all posted construction and traffic signs.
